The New Hampshire State Police Bomb Squad, alongside the Concord Fire Department, responded to a report of a concerning package at Granite State College.
Once the crews inspected the package, they found that it was just cooking ingredients and that it had been accidentally delivered to the wrong address.
Three people were exposed to the box, but there was no threat, and all of them are OK.
“It was an unexpected delivery of something that look, when you don't expect something and it's powder and all that and you open it up and you get it on you, your immediate reaction is 'this doesn't seem right.' So, they did all of the right things," said Sgt. Jeffrey Dade, with the state police explosive unit.
A school official said there were no students inside at the time.
