This five-bedroom brick home located at 42824 Heritage Oak Court in Broadlands is on the market for $1.3 million.

The 6,300-square-foot home was built by Van Metre and is the “rarely available” Thoreau estate model, according to listing agent Dawn Tollus of Century 21 Redwood Realty.

Walking in the front door, there is a two-story foyer with a sweeping staircase and an open view to the family room which has floor-to-ceiling windows and a two-story stone fireplace.

The main level has beautiful hardwood floors and includes an office, living room, dining room and two half bathrooms. The kitchen was recently renovated and has white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.
